Hello! Sorry we took so long to write back to you. We are so excited 
that you will be coming here! We can't wait to meet  you! We probably 
have as many questions for you as, you have for us. I will try to 
answer some of your questions, now. Joel works for a company called MK 
Battery. He drives a delivery truck and delivers mostly batteries for 
battery powered wheelchairs. He has worked therefor the past 12 years. 
I am a supervisor for a  JCPenney store. The store I work for is at a 
shopping mall about 40 minutes away from where we live. Cordell (our 
son) is 7 years old. He is going in to 3rd grade. He is a very active 
boy. He loves sports. Right now he is playing football. He has practice 
4 nights a week until school starts. After school starts he will have 
practice 3 nights a week. We have a dog and a bird. Our dog's name is 
Winchester. He is a chocolate labrador retriever. Our bird's name is 
Summit. She is a greater sulfer-crested cockatoo. The weather here 
(right now) is about 85 degrees during the day, and 60 degrees at 
night. Not bad for the end of summer.  My favorite season is the fall. 
It's a little cooler but not cold. Winter is cold and snowy. Spring is 
cool and sometimes rainy. The school is a nice size for small town, 
it's called Maple Valley. It is a combination of two villages 
(Vermontville & Nashville). It's about 5 miles from our house.  Our 
house is a log cabin, in the country. We keep very busy. We love to do 
outside activities (camping, fishing, hiking, picnicing, bike riding, 
just to name a few). We like going different places, spending time 
together, spending time with friends, listening to music. Joel & 
Cordell enjoy the time the spend hunting together. I like to do "girl" 
things. We are excited to meet you, learn about you & learn about your 
culture. What are some of the things you like to do? What are some of 
the things you would like to do while you are here? What is your 
favorite foods? Drinks? What is a normal day for you like? Is there 
anything specific that you do not ike? I will send some pictures soon.
